What is Keto Calculator or Keto Macro Calculator?

A keto calculator or keto macro calculator, is a type of macronutrient calculator which is made on the basis of ketogenic diet. Based on the age, gender, weight, and the activity level of an individual the TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) is calculated, and based on that and considering a ketogenic diet the macronutrient ration is calculated.

In general the ratio of macronutrients is considered 30% protein, 30% fat, and 40% carbohydrates, where approximately protein provides 4 calories per gram, fat provides 9 calories per gram, and carbohydrate provides 4 calories per gram. But in case of keto calculator for the keto diet the macro nutrients ratio should be 20-25% protein, 70-75% fat, and 5-10% carbohydrates.
